R-22 refrigerant system
R-22 has been phased out since 2020. Every leak repair gets more expensive. Most R-22 systems are also at end of life by date alone.

Bigger isn't better. An oversized unit short-cycles, doesn't dehumidify, and dies young. We size for the house, not the upsell.
Clean install, neat finish
Soldered copper joints, R-410A vacuumed and weighed in, condensate routed properly, electrical to code, permits pulled when required.
Walk-through and handoff
Before we leave, we show you the new thermostat, the breaker, the disconnect, the drain line. You know how everything works.
