Signs you need maintenance

When it's time to call.

  • You haven't had it serviced in 2+ years

    Dust on the coils, weak capacitors, refrigerant slowly dropping. Most preventable failures start showing up here.

  • You bought the house recently

    We're not the previous owner — we don't know what was skipped. A baseline visit tells you what you're working with.

  • You have a new install (in or out of warranty)

    Most manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep parts warranty intact. We log every visit.

  • You hate surprises

    The whole point. Catch the weak capacitor in March, not at 5pm on July 4th.

What we do

The actual work, no mystery.

  • Spring AC visit

    Check refrigerant pressures, capacitor microfarads, contactor pitting, condenser coil cleaning, condensate line flush, blower amp draw, thermostat calibration.

  • Fall heating visit

    Burner inspection, ignitor and flame sensor cleaning, gas pressure check, heat exchanger inspection, blower motor amp draw, CO levels confirmed safe.

  • Filter check both visits

    We don't supply filters but we'll tell you exactly what to buy and remind you when. You're not buying a $40 filter from us at a 4x markup.

  • Written report

    Every visit ends with a one-page note on what we found, what we did, and what to keep an eye on. No mystery.

  • Predictable scheduling

    We reach out in late March and again in early October to book your visit window. You don't have to remember.

  • Priority dispatch when something breaks

    Members get scheduled ahead of one-off calls. In peak season that's the difference between today and Thursday.

  • Parts discount

    10% off any parts we install on member calls, including non-maintenance visits.
